Our journey in wellness begins in Greece in 2007. Since then we expanded in Cyprus, Croatia and Bulgaria counting over 300 wellness centers today. Our approach and high standards in regards to quality have been acknowledged by numerous global organizations distinguishing us as the winner of the European Luxury Spa Awards for 2019.

- Do not exercise if you have consumed alcohol, drugs or medication within the last three hours. If you have consumed more than two drinks, do not exercise today.
- Any abuse of the equipment is not allowed.
- Stop exercising if at any time you feel faint or dizzy.
- Absolutely no glass containers are allowed in the Fitness Centre area.
- All users should dress appropriately at all times. No wet bathing suits allowed in the fitness area. Athletic attire must be worn at all times. No street shoes. Only exercise shoes.
- Whilst using the facilities all members are responsible for their own health.
- All Members will be required to complete and sign a Health & Performance Evaluation Questionnaires before they become members and use the ALTHAEA Spa & Fitness facilities
- Please leave all personal belongings in the lockers provided. ALTHAEA Spa & Fitness is not responsible for loss or damage to a guest’s personal belongings.
- Please do not leave any items in the lockers overnight. Do not leave valuables in locker. Take the key from the locker with you before you leave.
- Please use your exercisetowel when exercising.
- A towel should always be placed on exercise equipment.
