Your room amenities will be provided or replaced by your Maid when due. You are welcomed to contact the Front Office in case of an emergency.

A Travel Cot for infants (under 2 years old) is available free of charge, on request and subject to availability. Arrangements can be done with the Front Office.

Our Hotel offers daily Maid service during working hours 9am to 3pm. Exceptions are the legal Bank Holiday days when “No service” and Sunday’s when “Mini-service” will be provided to our residents.

In case you wish not to be disturbed, please leave the red “Do not distrub” sign on the outside door knob.

The guests staying in our Premium rooms are invited to use the display control panel “Do not disturb” button. 

The Hotel accepts the use of “Do not disturb” sign up to maximum of 24hrs. 

If you do not wish to receive any calls, please inform the Front Office by dialliang (0). Room -to- room calls cannot be prevented.

A self-service, coin operated Launderette is available in Block B, at the lower ground level.

Please insert 2coins x 2 euros in each machine in order to start the cycle.

You can purchase detergent from Reception (1euros = 2 capsules).

An Iron with an Iron board are available to use free of charge. Make sure to switch off the iron after use.

Laundry or Dry-cleaning service is available with surcharge.

You will find the Price list and the Laundry bag in the wardrobe of your room. Please contact your Housekeeper to proceed with the order.

All orders must be registered under the Lead name personal details ( not of the companion). Guest signature is requested in order to validate the laundry service.

Lost & Found items must be reported to the Front Office. Every possible effort will be made to recover the items. The Hotel will take all steps to ensure guests belongings are safe but cannot be held responsible for any unattended valuables lost or stolen.

Recovered items can be delivered to the home address, on request and with the applicable surcharges.
